Accommodation price: 35 - 68 EUR per day

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE STAY IN VILLA MARTINA:

1. Guest reserves an apartment in advance for specific length of stay (min. 7 days) and specific number of persons. This reserved period can be changed only if both host and guest agreed so.
2. If more persons arrive, additional payment is required.
3. Arrival of guests – after 2 pm on previously determined date of arrival.
4. Departure of guests – until 10 am on the last day of stay.
5. Accommodation payment immediately after arrival and take over of the apartment for agreed period.
6. Guests themselves cover the costs of later arrival or earlier departure.
7. Transport to and from Villa Martina on guests own expense.
8. According to the practice of tourist agencies, additional insurance is recommended.
9. Visits are allowed, but in the case of staying over night, previous consultation with the host is necessary.
10. Host ensures secure and free parking space for 8-10 cars.
11. Swimming pool is open till June 15^th and from September 15^th of the current year.
12. In the period from June 15^th till September 15^th guests can arrange opening of the pool on their own expense.
13. Host ensures clean apartment with bedclothes, kitchen dishes and cutlery, cleaning devices for kitchen and bathroom free of charge.
14. Guests are required to leave clean (or pay 25 EURO for cleaning) and not damaged apartment with the inventory after their stay.
15. Cash advance for reservation of the apartment(s) – 25% of the total amount of Account or min 150 EUR. The whole cash advance enters into Account on paying date.
16. By paying cash advance guests completely accepts all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
